Welcome to Mary Ree’s Book

It has been a pleasure to prepare this book.  My clients have helped me get this book to the finish line.  I owe them a debt of gratitude for their input.  There is no way to guarantee 100% of anything in our lives but  I can tell you that anyone listed in this book is who I would call.  Many of the services in this book I have used repeatedly with great results.

I have been a Realtor in SCV since 1985.  When I first started knocking on doors in Saugus, talking to people about selling their homes, my goal was to just try to build a relationship with them so that when they did need a Realtor, they would think of me.  Gratefully, they did.  My  business has grown beyond my wildest imaginings.  There are individual homes in American Beauty that I have listed and sold three times!

My clients know that I am not here just to be paid a commission when they sell.  If they just need a question answered, need me to drop by to look-over some paperwork they know I will always help.  Commissions pay my bills, but those relationships I have nourished have paid far greater rewards.

I cannot thank Karen enough for the zillions of hours spent putting this together.  Without her, it could not have happened.  I told her about my idea and she ran with it – this book is the product of our collaboration.  I hope you find it valuable.
