Hello and welcome to my "Seniors Station".  Many years ago, when I became a realtor in the Santa Clarita Valley, I quickly realized how different peoples needs and priorities are when it came to buying or selling a home.  For example, Seniors buying or selling a home have a much different criteria than the young couple who are first time buyers.  Seniors require a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, someone who is experienced and trained, to make sure those needs are addressed in the best interest of the client.   It has been my good fortune to have many wonderful Seniors who came to me as clients and remain my friends.  Because of this, I have compiled numerous articles from many different sources that I felt contained some great information and tips, specifically for Seniors on Real Estate, Taxes, Investments, Insurance, Homeownership and just some helpful articles as well, which I would like to share.  I hope you will find them useful and will feel free to email me if you have any comments.
